Central Queensland University officially opened the CQU Bundaberg Library Information Commons last week.
With around $685,000 spent on renovations, the CQU Bundaberg Library Information Commons has now expanded with the addition of a new training room, more study group areas, colour printing and photocopying, improved staff facilities, new computers and expanded storage facilities.
“The Information Commons concept is to create a one-stop shop where you can study, socialise, research and use the latest technology to present or practice your assessment,” said CQU Bundaberg Campus Library Manager, Ms Kris Snelling.
The CQU Bundaberg Library Information Commons was officially opened by Federal Member for Hinkler Paul Neville and was also attended by Mayor, Kay McDuff, and CQU Vice-Chancellor, Professor John Rickard.
