Published on 08 December, 2008
Staff from CQUniversity Melbourne and C_Management Services Corporate Office gathered recently (Nov 28) to celebrate the CMS Excellence Awards and to congratulate the winners and nominees.
CMS is the University's wholly-owned subsidiary (a commercial entity) which operates the Australian International Campuses (AICs).

All recipients of the Awards noted that they were just a sample of the great and supportive staff at Melbourne Campus and accepted the awards on behalf of their colleagues.
The Student Nominated Award was introduced this year and, during September and October, CQUniversity students were encouraged to recognise their lecturers for teaching excellence through an online survey.
The response was overwhelming, with over 150 students from CQUniversity Melbourne recognising their lecturers for teaching excellence. Thirty-seven teachers were nominated by students which is a fantastic endorsement of the Melbourne Campus teaching staff.
The evening was a great success with everyone having an enjoyable and entertaining evening.
