Tis the season for school visits

CQUniversity Marketing has been busy visiting schools and arranging school visits across our various campus locations.

One of these recent events enabled two groups of 85 Year 9 students from Rockhampton Grammar School to explore Rockhampton Campus.

Marketing Officer Natalie Mills said students explored a wide range of the campus facilities with specific tours including the Engineering precinct, Paramedic Science and the Library.

"The students were amazed at Paramedic Science's resources and they learnt about the hands-on, project-based learning that takes place in this program," Ms Mills said.

"The Students were most impressed by Sim Man, the bleeding, vomiting, convulsing and talking simulation manikin."
