Midmore among top 'experts' in university sector

CQU Professor of Plant Sciences David Midmore has been listed among the top experts in the Australian university sector, based on inquiries to the web-based Expertguide resource.
.Central Queensland University was the founding university member of Expertguide which is now attracting more than 50,000 visitors per month.

- Global warming and mining expert Ian Plimer (University of Adelaide), and University of Technology, Sydney psychology expert Sarah Edelman both had more than 210 views apiece and were the top two most-viewed experts.
- Honorable mentions also go to RMIT University's alternative medicine expert Marc Cohen, QUT's James Page (peace education expert), CQU's David Midmore (water efficiency expert), ECU's John Howard/politics expert Peter van Onselen, and Damien Kingsbury from Deakin University (East Timor). All of the people with honorable mentions have had their profile viewed more than 130 times so far this year.
