CQU Bachelor of Performing Arts students and graduates have roles on stage and behind the scenes of the current production of 'Jekyll and Hyde - The Musical', at Rockhampton's Pilbeam Theatre.
Recent graduate Elizabeth McNally has one of the lead roles of Emma.
BPA coordinator Dr Emma Killion said the musical included students from the first, second and third years of the BPA program.
"These students are finding that this experience gives them the industry currency and experience to enhance their theoretical studies within the degree," she said.
"These students also find that working with a professional director enables them to experience life within the professional theatre, both through its various departments behind the scenes and on stage roles.".
The show will continue at the Pilbeam until April 16. Tickets are on sale now from the Pilbeam Theatre Box Office, dial ‘n’ charge on 4927 4111 or on line at www.pilbeamtheatre.com.au .
