Students start right at mid year orientation

A group of dedicated mid-year entry students took their first step to a successful academic career on Wednesday night at the Gladstone campus.
Student Services Counsellor, Pam Brown said it was great to see so many students take up the opportunity to attend the mid-year orientation information night.
"We covered a lot of important information during the night and the students who attended will be starting with the right information they need to succeed," said Mrs Brown.
The students were enrolled in programs across the faculties and were given both specific faculty advice and general administration information.
The night ended with an essay writing skills session run by the Communications Learning Centre.
