Snap up the chance for Pop Lab survey

Researchers, businesses and organisations can include questions in a large survey of Queensland residents, with 'sponsored question' applications open until June 3.

The Population Research Laboratory (PRL) within the Institute for Health and Social Science Research (IHSSR) at CQUniversity Australia is conducting the 7th annual Queensland Social Survey (QSS) in July/August of this year.

The 2011 QSS is an omnibus survey that gathers information from a random sample of the Queensland population using the Computer-Assisted-Telephone-Interview (CATI) technology resident in the PRL.

The survey offers community and academic researchers the opportunity to access large-scale population-based research for a fraction of the cost associated with stand-alone surveys.

Further details about the QSS are available at the PRL Website or via 07 4930 6335 or c.hanley@cqu.edu.au
