She told UniNews that it was an honour to receive the award, a total surprise and the perfect way to finish what she says has been a great educational experience..

"I enjoyed my undergraduate study that much [I] decided to start a graduate diploma in management. I am heading to Brisbane where I am going to relocate at the end of the year to take up my graduate accountant position," Hanim said, who will not hesitate to recommend CQU Bundaberg to others..

"I was really inspired by the lecturers and staff that have taught me throughout the degree program. I was a Bundaberg State High student and being very close to my family I didn't want to leave the city, I never regretted studying at CQU Bundaberg even though some of my friends did go off to Brisbane..

"The small supportive atmosphere appealed to me and indeed my sister also completed her degree here last year. The flexibility of the courses is an added bonus, I spent a year in Turkey during my degree program and I was able to continue in flexible mode as well as sit exams, the way the university organised that was really great."
