Subscription allows access to the journal's full content and lets users participate in the journal’s interactive professional forums.

The AJC’s online presence complements its aim of disseminating information on cancer research to all interested practitioners, scientists, researchers and students, irrespective of their ability to pay.

IPP-SHR's Dr Pam McGrath said "we applaud NHMRC’s recent call to make research findings more publicly available. This is an important step our program has taken to make material available".

According to IPP-SHR program manager, Mr Hamish Holewa, “allowing full access to online articles and professional user forums is a major step forward for the AJC".

“IPP-SHR is pleased to support this initiative as it resonates with our ethos of providing information and making a difference at the coalface of healthcare,” said Mr Holewa. This provision of free online access to the journal’s entire content is intended to promote cutting-edge cancer research in both developing and developed countries.
