Bruce will tutor the vocal and piano students, talk about his musical journey and will give advice to all students about how to shape their own careers in the music and performing arts industry. He may even perform a couple of his songs.

‘Formidable piano playing, a silky smooth voice and lyrics that are witty, poignant, and above all swinging' - that's how Arthur Hamilton, writer of Cry Me A River, once described Bruce's talents.

Originally from Los Angeles and now a New Zealand resident, Bruce will be visiting at the same time his acclaimed musical Breast Wishes is touring Australia.

Breast Wishes will be performing at the Pilbeam Theatre on Friday and Saturday evening, July 8 & 9 as part of a nationwide tour.

Dean of the School of Creative and Performing Arts, Professor Matthew Marshall said this was a unique opportunity for CQUniversity students to meet and hear from a leading performing artist.
