Entertainers invited to air talents in amphitheatre

Last Tuesday marked the commencement of a new student-based activity on the Rockhampton campus.

Students have been given the opportunity to use their talents at the open air amphitheatre located next to the Refectory.

PhotoID:1667 For the past two weeks local CQU musicians have used the space to entertain onlookers between 12:30pm and 1:30pm on Tuesdays.

Students and staff are welcome to sit down, relax and enjoy the various types of entertainment that will be taking place throughout the term.

Student Services is calling on any other students or staff to nominate for performances. Entertainment can range from music, open-mic comedy, theatre, and anything else in between.

PhotoID:1668 If you or any students you know would like to make an appearance (and get some exposure while they’re at it) then contact Student Services on 4930 9456.
