Women out in force for networking event

Rockhampton women met this week (Dec 10) at CQUniversity Rockhampton for a Christmas-themed Regional Womens Networking Event.
CQUniversity was proud to sponsor the event which encourages regional women to reach their potential by providing opportunities to network and build relationships.
CQUniversity's Manager of Planning and Development, Dr Marilyn Fisher, was the guest speaker and gave an inspiring talk to the participants about the importance of professionally developing themselves.
Marilyn has recently successfully completed a Doctor of Education, and spoke about some interesting research.
The Regional Women's Network has a membership base of over 200 women from a variety of occupations including business owners, corporate executives and educational institutions, amongst others.
