She commenced her traineeship in May 2010 and has fast-tracked her studies in order to complete the program by the end of 2010.

A $250 prize was awarded to Natasha for her diligence, commitment to studies and positive customer service focus.

Natasha said her traineeship with Capricornia Training Company (CTC) has been a "positive and valuable learning experience" and extended her thanks to CTC for their support and encouragement, and CQUniversity for the opportunity and guidance throughout her traineeship.

CQUniversity was recognised for its sponsorship of Natasha and the support provided to her within her traineeship.

The University is reinforcing its commitment to the ongoing professional development of staff through identification of existing employees eligible for traineeships, and by identifying positions suitable for hosting new trainees within all areas of the University.

Natasha's success has demonstrated how successful a trainee within CQUniversity can be.
