French language back on menu
Published on 09 July, 2004
French language courses for community members are back on the menu at CQU Language Centre, thanks to CQ Alliance Francaise.
The Wednesday evening classes are due to start again on July 21.
For those who want to get in the mood, CQ Alliance Francaise will celebrate Bastille Day, France’s national day, with a dinner dance at Brothers Club on Friday July 16, from 6.30pm.
A three-course menu by French chef Gillef Bourgignon will be served and music will be by the 70’s classic rock band Krakajac. Tickets can be bought at Health and Harmony Foodstore, 41 Denham Street (between Alma and Bolsover Streets).
Details about the dinner and language classes are available from Susan Yates on 0439 420 089.
