Harmony in Fiji
Published on 03 October, 2002
Although English is the official language of Fiji, a recent survey at the CQU Fiji International Campus revealed that over 90% of the students and staff speak a language other than English at home – predominantly Fijian, Hindi, Chinese and Gujarati.
Despite this diverse range of languages and cultures, a special relationship exists between the students and staff at this unique campus – a model for others in the wider community to follow.
