AUQA Audit at Mackay Campus
Published on 18 October, 2005
On Monday October 17 the AUQA panel conducted the CQU Mackay audit visit.
The auditors interviewed 26 staff in 5 sessions. Additionally, the auditors held a luncheon interview with students and community members.
The day ran smoothly with staff reporting that they felt well prepared and that the sessions were positive and relaxed.
Generally the questions for each group were those expected. The main line of questioning was: what do you do, what guides your activities and how do you know the outcomes are satisfactory to students and external stakeholders?.
During this time, staff from the Quality Office have been responding to requests from the audit panel, and collating and submitting data, information and documentation from various areas of the University.
Sincere thanks are expressed to all involved, either through attendance to interviews, or provision of data, information and documentation.
The interview schedule for each day this week was:.
