When hooked up, Annie can simulate breathing and body sounds. She has an artificial pulse and artificial blood pressure.   She comes with an assortment of attachments to simulate a range of wounds.

Nursing Annie is the second manikin in the simulated lab on campus. Her arrival has enhanced CQUniversity Bundaberg's nursing program.

Nursing lecturer Teresa Sander says the additional simulation equipment is part of the continued upgrade of the nursing laboratories to cater for the growing number of nursing students on the Bundaberg Campus.
