Aussie animals part of Gold Coast welcome

Snakes, lizards, crocodiles, frogs, a giant black-headed python and a beautiful baby sugar glider were among a range of Australian animals on display as Gold Coast International Campus welcomed students to Term 3 recently.

The students had the chance to handle the animals and find out more about them before enjoying a pizza meal arranged by members of the student community on campus.

Campus staff reported great feedback from the day, even if some of the facial expressions revealed a level of nervousness.
