Bargain books and career options on offer as CQUni opens doors to the public

Mackay students are drowning in books as CQUniversity prepares to welcome hundreds of visitors to its 2012 Open Day on Sunday...
The annual CQUniversity Library Society book sale is a key feature of the Open Day event and is expected to generate a large crowd of book lovers who are looking for a bargain.
CQUni Mackay students Helena Reitano and Teel Wade explore the books that will be on sale at the CQUniversity Mackay 2012 Open Day on Sunday. The Open Day will provide prospective students and the general public the opportunity to experience CQUniversity Mackay first hand and to get a feel for university life through interactive talks with lecturers and program advisors.

Visitors can explore the University's state-of-the-art facilities including medical sonography, imaging, chiropractic, science and nursing laboratories. There will also be information sessions, demonstrations and interactive displays.
Food and entertainment will be on offer with great prizes to be won, as well as a kid's space and jumping castle to keep the whole family entertained.
