Students from around the country attended classes at Central Queensland University Gladstone this week as part of their engineering postgraduate studies.
Residential Week coordinator, Joanne Simper said 160 Maintenance Management students had attended on-campus classes over the past four days.
“The students are completing their degrees by distance study and once a term they come to the campus to meet their lecturers and classmates and to work on exercises as a group.
“Our program attracts students from around the world and next week we will hold a second residential school in Perth for those who weren’t able to attend this one,” said Mrs Simper.
CQU’s Maintenance Management program has been designed for those currently employed in the field of maintenance management who want to advance their careers.
