Fiction, non-fiction, children's books, text books, music (including LPs), magazines and much, much more is still being sought for the massive CQU Annual Book Sale to be held on August 24-25.
The book sale is not far away but the Library still needs more donations to make it a really successful event.

Now in its 14th year the CQU Annual Library Book Sale is one of Mackay's largest book sales, and the Library Society members are urging the public and local businesses to continue support by donating their pre-loved books.
Mackay Campus Library Manager, Ms Pauline McNee said the sale is one of the biggest fundraisers for the CQU Mackay Campus Library and proceeds are used by the library to expand and update its collection and purchase equipment for the benefit of the University and local community.
"The success of the Book Sale has always been a direct result of the generosity of our book donors. We urge the community to continue its support by cleaning out their shelves," Pauline said.
"We are hoping to receive various genres of book donations so that there will be something to suit just about every taste. It's all about getting second hand books back into the hands of the people who will value them."
If you've been having a clean-up, why not do your community a favour and give your unwanted books to the CQU Mackay Campus Library.
Books and music donations can be delivered to the CQU Mackay Campus Library located on Boundary Road, Planlands or phone 4940 7536 or 1300 369 038 for further information.
