Facilities staff refresh on customer service

Seventy staff from the Division of Facilities Management (including Capricornia Residential College) have taken time out this week, before start of term, to participate in a refresher course on customer service.
As a customer-focused Division of the University, DFM prides itself on a strong customer orientation, delivering solutions with a smile.
Denise Trundle (pictured), Senior Learning Officer from Corporate Contact Solutions, has led 2 groups of staff through the importance of open communication, active listening and delivering quality service to staff, students and external clients.
Denise noted that ‘staff are proud of their workplaces and displayed a great attitude to teamwork’.
