Dance Marathon Competition hits CQCM Mackay dance floor

Central Queensland Conservatorium of Music Marathon Dance Competition is set to see competitors burn as much energy as elite athletes.

Bachelor of Music Theatre Club member Peter Saide said dancers must maintain head and body movement across four 50-minute sessions of competition.

“Dancers need to be in tip-top shape as four hours of dancing is the hardest form of exercise,” he said.

“Apart from the dance competition, Snoodfest 2003 is a great chance to take part in one of the funkiest dance parties in Mackay.” Snoodfest 2003 is being held in CQCM foyer on May 24 from 7pm. For further details phone Peter Saide on 0403 431 505.
