Dr Stephen Lundin was guest speaker for the recent Australian Institute of Management International Speaker Series events, which visited Mackay, Rockhampton and Gladstone last week.
CQUniversity sponsored the breakfast events to support local business and to demonstrate the University's understanding of the value that staff bring to the success of any organisation.

Dr Stephen Lundin is the internationally-renowned author of the FISH Series of events, which present the philosophy that staff who have fun in the workplace are more happy and productive.
This philosophy is based on Dr Lundin's experience of visiting the famous Seattle Pike Place Fish Market, an organisation renowned for its success and atmosphere, resulting from committed and satisfied staff. Fish books have now been published in 34 languages, with 7 million copies sold worldwide.
The sold-out events proved very popular, with up to 200 attending each early morning function.
In Mackay, Head of Campus and Pro Vice-Chancellor (Community and Engagement) Pierre Viljoen provided a welcome address and used the opportunity to meet some of the business community, as well as talking about the University's approach to engagement.
In Rockhampton, Professor Kevin Tickle, Pro Vice-Chancellor and Executive Dean of Arts, Business, IT and Education acted as the MC for the event, and Vice-Chancellor Professor Scott Bowman provided a welcome address.
The tour culminated with a packed event in Gladstone, where the guests were welcomed by Dr Andrew Wallace, acting Head of Campus, Gladstone.
