CQU Press (Outback Books) will be running Old Silvertail's Outback Bookshop at The MEATing Centre of Agforce during the whole of the EKKA (August 7-16). During this time the Press will do two big book launches with Agforce, Horsebells and Hobble Chains on August 7 and The Cattle Dog's Revenge on August 8.

On Friday August 15 CQU Press (Outback Books) is being hosted by Borders Super Bookshop at 162 Albert Street in Brisbane for a whole day of festivities celebrating Queensland Outback Books Day. Six of our bush authors will perform, read and sign while the RFDS does a sausage sizzle, and entertainers do country music and line dancing while particpants have some damper and some wine.
