Engaging Indigenous people within Higher Ed

CQUniversity's Office of Indigenous Engagement recently hosted a visit from the Oodgeroo Unit of Queensland University of Technology (QUT), at Rockhampton Campus.

Professor Anita Lee Hong, Director of the Oodgeroo Unit, and Lone Pearce, Project Officer, met with Office of Indigenous Engagement staff to discuss employment issues and best practice models for engaging Indigenous people within the higher education sector, including governance matters.

Help a friend fly to Brisbane

CQU staff can help a friend or family member win a return flight to Brisbane, courtesy of TravelCrew and Qantaslink, just by encouraging them to subscribe to UniNews between now and the end of May.

On June 1, we will draw a name from the list of subscribers (other than CQU staff) to win the return flight to Brisbane from any of the departure points that Qantaslink flies from in Central Queensland - Emerald, Gladstone, Bundaberg, Mackay or Rockhampton.
