Engaging Indigenous people within Higher Ed

CQUniversity's Office of Indigenous Engagement recently hosted a visit from the Oodgeroo Unit of Queensland University of Technology (QUT), at Rockhampton Campus.

Professor Anita Lee Hong, Director of the Oodgeroo Unit, and Lone Pearce, Project Officer, met with Office of Indigenous Engagement staff to discuss employment issues and best practice models for engaging Indigenous people within the higher education sector, including governance matters.

Graduate survey prize winners listed

CQU's Evaluation Services, Analysis and Planning Unit, is pleased to announce that Billie Jean Anderson, Thi Hong Ngoc Lai and Briony Black are the lucky prize winners in the Central Queensland University Australian Graduation Survey competition.

Graduates who completed their program of study in 2006 and filled in a survey were included in the draw. Congratulations to the winners!

If you are completing your program of study in 2007 and fill in a Australian Graduation Survey, you too will be eligible to go into the draw to win next year's prize.
