Thousands of walkers raised hopes and cash to fight cancer when they converged on CQU Rockhampton's sports oval for Relay for Life over the weekend (May 19-20).
Deputy Vice-Chancellor Professor Angela Delves launched the massive event, which this year featured many youth teams, adding to the positive atmosphere.
CQU identity Tony Gubbins shared MC duties with ABC announcer Craig Zonca and many other CQU staff and students were involved during the evening.
