Trial AUQA Audit starts at Melbourne Campus
Published on 10 March, 2005
CQU Melbourne International Campus this week hosted Dr Anne Martin (pictured) as part of the Trial AUQA Audit.
Initial feedback is that it was “a successful day”.
The next Trial Audit visit will be on March 23, when Professor Gus Gutherie AM and Dr John Grant are scheduled to arrive at CQU Sydney International Campus.
The three auditors will then spend March 30 until April 1 (inclusive) at CQU Rockhampton, with link-ups to other regional campuses.
Profiles on the Trial Audit Panel are available on the Quality website:. http://www.quality.cqu.edu.au/happening/trialaudit.htm.
The Trial Audit is being undertaken to test the Trial Performance Portfolio and to give staff experience with the process prior to AUQA’s audit of CQU in October of this year.
The auditors will be speaking with various members of staff, council, students and some representatives external to the University.
Specific attendees will be requested by the auditors, either by position or general characteristics.
If you are contacted to be interviewed, your full co-operation and commitment to the trial audit would be appreciated.
In preparation, information sessions will be held between March 14 and March 24 at CQU Rockhampton, and via videoconference links, to share with staff the key learnings from the Self Review which was held at the end of 2004 and to provide information about the Trial Audit and AUQA Audit processes.
