Senators visit Gladstone campus

Central Queensland University Gladstone campus hosted a visit from local Federal Member for Hinkler, Paul Neville and two Queensland Senators.
Senator George Brandis and Senator Brett Mason joined Paul Neville on a tour of the campus.
Head of Campus, Associate Professor Bob Prater said the Senators enjoyed their visit to the campus, were impressed with the facilities and particularly the range of research being carried out at the campus.
“They spoke to staff from our Process Engineering and Light Metals research and development centre and the Centre for Environmental Management about their research and its significance to the region” said Mr Prater.
