ISANA, the representative body for international education professionals in Australia and New Zealand, hosted its 8th Victorian State Conference in October.
Speakers from both government and the Australian international education sector presented at the conference, while 8 staff from CQU Melbourne International Campus attended.
The focus of the conference was on the well-being of international students, although there were also presentations on key reforms, government initiatives and the effects on the international education sector.
There were positive remarks made from various representatives on CQU’s delegation.
There was also impressive feedback given during the networking sessions on CQU’s excellent reputation. Other Institutions indicated that they were now adopting CQU’s model.
During the conference, Stase Kaintatsis, Client Services Manager at CQU Melbourne, took the opportunity to present to the group the CQU monitoring program model.
