There have been a number of appeals running:

  • Staff have been raising money for the Mayor's Christmas Appeal and many people have also donated non-perishable food and gifts for 2 washing basket-sized hampers to be donated to the Salvation Army.
  • The campus also has a team of STEPS (Skills for Tertiary Education Preparatory Studies) staff members who have generously 'Adopted a Family' through the Salvation Army ‘Adopt-a-family' program, donating a large hamper of food and gifts.
  • Division of Marketing staff have also initiated a team of staff members to give blood at this critical time of year. Four people gave blood this week and more are signed up to donate in the New Year, with Head of Campus, Phillip Clift, enabling the process.
  • From all the staff at CQUniversity Bundaberg, we wish everyone a safe and happy festive season.
