Engaging Indigenous people within Higher Ed

CQUniversity's Office of Indigenous Engagement recently hosted a visit from the Oodgeroo Unit of Queensland University of Technology (QUT), at Rockhampton Campus.

Professor Anita Lee Hong, Director of the Oodgeroo Unit, and Lone Pearce, Project Officer, met with Office of Indigenous Engagement staff to discuss employment issues and best practice models for engaging Indigenous people within the higher education sector, including governance matters.

End of term party at Sydney Graduate Campus

Students of CQU's Sydney International Graduate Campus celebrated the end of classes with style on Friday October 6.

PhotoID:3351 A total of 140 pizzas and drinks were served to many eager students who thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon mingling with fellow students and CQU staff members.

The end-of-term party provided a well-earned break for students who were studying for exams and an opportunity to mix with staff from across the campus.
