Engaging Indigenous people within Higher Ed

CQUniversity's Office of Indigenous Engagement recently hosted a visit from the Oodgeroo Unit of Queensland University of Technology (QUT), at Rockhampton Campus.

Professor Anita Lee Hong, Director of the Oodgeroo Unit, and Lone Pearce, Project Officer, met with Office of Indigenous Engagement staff to discuss employment issues and best practice models for engaging Indigenous people within the higher education sector, including governance matters.

Campus wishing well invites you to make a change

CQU Rockhampton staff and students are encouraged to donate loose change to make a change.

PhotoID:3016 A wishing well has been installed in the commercial centre courtyard, with proceeds to the Queensland Cancer Fund Relay for Life (via a campus-based team).

CQU is a major sponsor of the event, due to be held at the Rockhampton Campus sports oval on May 20-21 this year.
