Lecturers promote Customer Service Predictor

CQU Associate Professor Tony Ward and senior lecturer Bruce Acutt will address Rockhampton's Australian Institute of Management branch on the topic 'How Everyone Can Improve Their Customer Service'.
The researchers have recently developed a Customer Service Predictor which is able to empirically demonstrate predictive capabilities of customer service performance.
Their presentation will be given from 7am-9am at the Quality Inn Centre Point in George Street, Rockhampton.
