Library surveys students

The CQU Library Client Opinion Survey was conducted online over a 2-week period in August, and results are now being compiled.

The online survey, conducted by Rodski Survey Research, is designed to give staff and students an opportunity to comment on how well they think the library is performing in relation to what they think is important.

PhotoID:2417 Mackay campus Library manager, Pauline McNee said the feedback received from the survey is very valuable to library staff.

“The survey results enable us to constantly evaluate and improve our service to staff and students,” she said. “We take pride in providing the highest quality of service and look forward to viewing the results".

Everyone who completed the survey was placed in a draw to win either an Apple iPod mini MP3 player or one of nine Sandisk Digital Audio MP3 players.

Jodie Ballard, 1st year Bachelor of Learning Management student was the Mackay winner, and was presented with her MP3 Audio Player this week by Head of Mackay Campus, Phillip Clift.

Individual survey responses are confidential, however the broad results of the survey will be made available in the near future and can be accessed via the library web site at: www.library.cqu.edu.au.
