Handbook update close to completion

The 2003 Handbook will be published online (Go to http://handbook.cqu.edu.au/) next week in conjunction with student re-enrolment and registration periods.

The monumental effort to update program and course information for 2003 began in early August with several drafts sent to the faculties, campuses and divisions for approval.

Handbook coordinators from the faculties and Student Administration have worked diligently to collate information and pass it onto the Corporate Publications Unit of Community Relations for inclusion in the Handbook.

“For the first time this year course availability data was extracted directly from the Class Schedule in PeopleSoft thanks to the efforts of ITD staff,” explained Leonie Challacombe, Manager, Corporate Publications.

The mid year update of the Handbook begins in February for publication in May.
