Educational opportunities on show at Mining Expo

CQUniversity Australia will once again be presenting at the Queensland Mining and Engineering Exhibition (QME) held in Mackay from July 22-24, showcasing its ‘real world' education opportunities for the mining and engineering industry.

The new-look University has an excellent and long-established reputation for being a leader in contextual learning and has designed its mining and engineering programs through close collaboration with industry.

By recognising the importance of forging a strong partnership with industry, CQUniversity is able to produce graduates who possess the knowledge, attributes and skills that are necessary for today's industrial organisation.

Visitors to QME will be able to discuss with CQUniversity the professional development and educational opportunities for practitioners in the fields of mining, engineering, maintenance management, built environment, occupational health and safety, environmental science, procurement, business management and more.

These educational pathways for the mining and engineering industry have been established to suit any level of experience and knowledge with study options available through any CQUniversity campus, including Mackay, or via distance education.

Visitors to QME are encouraged to visit the CQUniversity site (6097.5) for the duration of the expo.
