This informal, discussion-based presentation will be held from 7am-8.30am at the Coffee Star Restaurant in Bolsover Street and RSVPs are encouraged by June 13 via j.douglas@cqu.edu.au  or on 4930 9371. Guests will pay for breakfast but the presentation is free.

The presentation theme reflects the dramatic rise in older athletes competing in masters sport. Associate Professor Reaburn's tips are based on his own research evidence and the limited available research published on masters athletes.

The event is presented by the Institute for Health and Social Science Research.
