CQUniversity is proud to be launching its new Leadership Speaker Series in Central Queensland next month as part of the "Leading to Greatness" program.

As part of this series the University will hold a "Leadership Matters" presentations with special guest keynote speaker Peter Baines. These events are free, but registration is required for catering purposes.

The Central Queensland events include an afternoon Leadership Youth Forum and a "Leadership Matters" presentation on April 12 in Bundaberg. The presentation will also happen at breakfast in Gladstone, lunch in Rockhampton and evening in Mackay on April 13.

Peter Baines is an expert in leading teams in times of crisis and in getting results in the face of challenges. He challenges us to think differently about values based leadership and how to make a difference through becoming true leaders.

CQUniversity's vision is to support its students along their entire learning journey and reach out to communities and industry to ensure that their needs both now and in the future are met.

Hosting community and leadership focused events on campus for the local community is a key strategy in making this vision a reality.
