T-shirt Thursday on agenda for Relay for Life team members

Relay for Life team members are encouraged to wear their T-shirts to work on Thursday, May 5.

The local Relay committee believes this will encourage team pride and give the participants a chance to wear their new shirts (since many will be wearing costumes at the event itself).

More than 100 teams (up to 1500 participants) have registered for Rockhampton’s Relay for Life event, due to be held on the weekend of May 14-15 on the CQU Rockhampton sports oval.

The event raises money for the Queensland Cancer Fund. CQU is a major sponsor.
