If you were a HECS student in 2004 or earlier and are continuing study in the same program in 2005, you must complete and return to Central Queensland University a Request for Commonwealth support and HECS-HELP - pre- 2005 form.

This form was sent to you in your re-registration package, along with the Information for Commonwealth supported students 2005 booklet. If you do not return this form you will not be eligible for a Commonwealth supported place and you will not be eligible for HECS-HELP. YOUR ENROLMENT WILL BE CANCELLED.

If you were a PELS student in 2004 or earlier, are continuing study in the same program in 2005 and want to access a loan for all or part of the tuition fees for that study, you must complete and return to Central Queensland University a Request for FEE-HELP assistance form. This form was sent to you in your re-registration package, along with the FEE-HELP information 2005 booklet.

If you do not return this form you will not be eligible for Commonwealth assistance and you will not be eligible for FEE-HELP.
