Engaging Indigenous people within Higher Ed

CQUniversity's Office of Indigenous Engagement recently hosted a visit from the Oodgeroo Unit of Queensland University of Technology (QUT), at Rockhampton Campus.

Professor Anita Lee Hong, Director of the Oodgeroo Unit, and Lone Pearce, Project Officer, met with Office of Indigenous Engagement staff to discuss employment issues and best practice models for engaging Indigenous people within the higher education sector, including governance matters.

CQU supports Association of Financial Services Educators conference 

CQU Faculty of Business and Informatics was a proud sponsor of the Association of Financial Services Educators annual conference held Sydney recently.

Delegates from other financial services educators, insurance and financial institutions attended the conference.

The Association of Financial Services Educators Ltd (AFSE) is an association of educators from industry and academia. Their purpose is to foster the exchange of ideas and research in relation to financial services.
