Celebrating anniversary, Uni plans major presence in Harbour Festival

Celebrating its 35th anniversary of operations in Gladstone, CQUniversity is planning to have a major presence in the annual Harbour Festival scheduled for the Easter period in late March.

The University parade float will embrace this year's 'circus' theme and the anniversary will be recognised on big screens during stage entertainment over the weekend.

CQUniversity will have a presence during the festival market stalls too, including a showcase for the Mobile Education Trailer (MET) used by the Widening Participation program. Members of the public will be encouraged to visit the MET to complete an online My Career Match survey that matches individual personality types to possible future career pathways.
