Everyone is encouraged to drop in to CQUniversity's Trade Fair site in the Kidman Pavilion (site 66), from Tuesday to Friday (May 5-9), anytime from 8.30am to 7.30pm.
The University is among many key organisations to have its own bull statue* made in honour of the event, reflecting the permanent bull structures at various highway locations, and will unveil the mock mascot in time for the event.
CQUniversity professors John Rolfe and David Midmore will be presenting seminars during Beef Week.
Professor Rolfe is presenting about the potential for cattle methane emmissions to be included in future versions of the proposed Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme (CPRS), during the Fortune Favours the Prepared session at the James Lawrence Pavilion - Room 1 from 1pm-5pm on Monday, May 4.
