This initiative aims to promote and encourage Australians to take personal responsibility and ‘ownership' in the management of their own careers.

On a more local level, it is an opportunity to highlight the services that CQUniversity's  Careers and Employment Service offers our on-campus and distance students.
  • If you are unsure of: What program you should study? Where your current program of study can take you? What employment opportunities are available with your degree? ... then you should take time to visit the Careers and Employment Service  website and access the relevant information. If further assistance is needed the Careers and Employment Service can be contacted directly at ssc@cqu.edu.au.
  • If additional careers pathway assistance is required then people often choose to participate in a Careers Assessment. Careers Assessments are designed to assist you in making a decision about your career path. They are designed to ascertain your interests, preferences and competencies by asking a series of questions and relating the results to a range of career choices.
