Dysart students explore CQU Mackay

A team of 11 indigenous students from Dysart toured through Central Queensland University Mackay recently.

PhotoID:826 Nulloo Yumbah Co-ordinator Nikki Timor said the visit allowed the students to discuss tertiary options available through the township’s closest major centre.

“The students seemed to enjoy the energy of the university, with some students enquiring about options for living at the residential college,” she said.

Ms Timor spent the remainder of the day with the visiting group at Capes Hillsborough.
