Creative Enterprise degree a response to industry demand

Central Queensland University's Bachelor of Creative Enterprise (BCE) is a direct response to industry demand for graduates with expertise across several creative industries discipline areas.

The BCE allows students to follow their passion - whether that is jumping in to work in a creative industry, or starting a small business from scratch.

Students follow a study plan that develops their creative and entrepreneurial skills, consisting of set courses, a major of their choosing and four industry placements.

These placements help BCE students gain up to date working experience in a range of fast-paced and evolving environments.

The BCE helps students to focus on real-life projects and outcomes, and turn their ideas and passions into creative business solutions.

Opportunities for graduates exist in film and television, advertising, animation, fine arts, museums and galleries, fashion design, graphic design, web design, multimedia, theatre, music, tourism and theme parks, publishing and events.

The Bachelor of Creative enterprise has also proven to be a portal by which local industry projects are supported, and workshops for the local community are provided.
