FBI Open Day Informative Lunchbox sessions

CQU Faculty of Business and Informatics is presenting informative sessions on property, business, accounting, procurement and information technology.
The session form part of the CQU Open Day and Multicultural Fair on Sunday, August 13, they will be held in Building 19, Room G.06 at the Rockhampton campus.
11:00 am, The impact of generational change on the property profession 11:30 am, Where business can take you 1.00 pm, Why accountants are worth their weight in gold 1:30 pm, A dollar saving in procuring saves a dollar on the bottom line of businesses Procurement delivers greater benefits than it costs and helps better manage business decisions. Industry requires procurement professionals with a wide range of business skills and commercial expertise for strategic decision making. Attend this informative session presented by Procurement & Supply Chain Management Senior Lecturer Dr Ananda Jeeva.
2:00pm, IT - never away, but so back! IT has always been a great industry - fascinating, engaging, rewarding! The .com bubble and crash spoilt the party for a while, but IT IS BACK! With jobs up and enrolments down, there has never been a better time to study IT.
Attend this informative session presented by Information Technology Lecturer Michael Gregory. Lecturers and Program Advisers will be on hand to provide program advice. Other fun activities available on the day is the Robotics display in the Access Grid room, Faculty research display, the Accounting forum group, Flight simulator and Taste test display.
