CQU this week recognised the achievements of key staff members during another in a series of functions hosted by Chancellery.

The event recognised the promotions of Professor Kerry Walsh, Professor Bruce Knight, Professor Qing-Long Han and Associate Professor Yvonne Toft.

It recognised those becoming senior lecturers - including Dr Kieren Jamieson (who has contributed to the Student System Upgrade Project), Dr Wendy Madsen and Dr Ho Yin Wong - and those becoming lecturers, including Donna Green, Qing Huang and Karen Seary.

Also noted was Beth Tennant. Beth has worked with great dedication to bring consistency and quality to faculty programs. She has represented the faculty in negotiating operational issues with CMS and accreditation issues with the accounting agencies with professionalism and success.

Kath Milostic was noted for taking on the role of Executive Assistant to the AD(L&T) during a period of great change to FBI programs. She has shown an exceptional ability to learn on the go and now is a great source of operational knowledge within the faculty.

Student System Upgrade Project members recognised were Peter Edwards, Sandra Elder, Marcus Baker, John Voss,  Sharon Mcfadzen and Jo Barrie.
